    For improvement SPM, it is not only to set cam driver up on Swing cam but also had done to become able to set cam driver up onto the lower die.

  3. It is to design that will be able to decide freely the slice line (division line) between rotation side and fixed side and it become able to make distance from fixed side with when rotation.

The Half Mount system which patened on 2020 had developed as complete the rotation cam system. Following are those characteristics.

  1. Slide of the Half Mount 凸 side is consisted of high strength brass with graphite and pre-hardened steel for improving abrasion resistance, and 凹 side is pre-hardened steel.
    So it has become able to improve greatly the withstand load.

  2. Half Mount cam is, it has become able to adjust easily by shim plate so on.

  3. Half Mount cam is, by keeping widely slide plate surface, become easy to do centering of top and bottom, and became nothing to shift of left-right.

  4. Before, it had done to draw slice line of arc from rotation center when decide the slice line between rotaition side and fixed side, so there was a problem that tough matching adjustment.
    But now, by it move the center of slice line of arc to inside, become able to the slice line of arc that make gap with when rotation.

  5. It will be taken the force of the press by the plate of Half mount and the swinng die plate of front and behind.

  6. The cam system will be to become the flying cam system as a general.

  7. It was to become able to correspond the structure of mold die that to not need air cylinder by that the positive set and the lift pin of spring style.

  8. Our cam systems are able to do bend at once whole circumference of flange area, but other cam system need two mold die operation the same process.
